To Team Restoration, our name comes
naturally. We are a Team.
Our founders, Ann Siebelink Finkler, Mike
Finkler and Jeff Siebelink grew up in the construction and insurance
repair industries, each with over 20 years of experience in remodeling
and in rebuilding after a disaster. Ann and Jeff learned from
their father, Roger Siebelink, a respected Grand Rapids business man
with whom Ann managed and then owned a construction company.
Several years ago,
Teams founders met to discuss the sacrifices and rewards of "being their own boss". They discussed how to make a difference
in the community, and provide the best quality work and service
possible. Because of this, we have assembled a group of creative problem solvers with
complimentary skills, and we demand integrity and excellence from all
of our employees and subcontractors. We strive to continually improve.
