- Team was presented with the 2007 Historic Preservation Award from the City of Grand Rapids.
- The Spring / Summer 2007 issue of Team news was published.
January 2007
- We've moved! Team has moved into our 5000 square foot corporate offices and customer warehouse in Belmont, Michigan.
December 2006
- By popular request, Team has added mold remediation to its regular services.
- The Fall / Winter, 2006 issue of Team News has been published.
July 2006
- For the convenience of our long distance customers, Team has a new toll free number: 866-945-TEAM.
- The Summer, 2006 issue of Team News has been published.
June 2006: Because of our customers' requests, Team now has the ability to accept credit cards.
April 2006: Team purchased a secure, 5000 square foot warehouse part of which will be used for inventory, cleaning and storage of our customers' personal and business belongings.
January 2006: In an effort to continually improve our customer experience, Team hired an outside company, Blue Pearl Customer Strategies to conduct in-depth interviews of customers, employees, and owners and to help direct customer strategy. Public results of the study were sent to current customers, and a copy is available upon request.
August 2005: Though Team Restoration's off-hour emergency response system has always been well established, Team installed a live 24/7 answering service as a back up to on as well as off hours.
