To Team Restoration, our name comes naturally. We are a Team. Our founders, Ann Siebelink Finkler, Mike Finkler and Jeff Siebelink grew up in the construction and insurance repair industries, each with over 20 years of experience in remodeling and in rebuilding after a disaster. Ann and Jeff learned from their father, Roger Siebelink, a respected Grand Rapids business man with whom Ann managed and then owned a construction company. Team is unique in that we are structural experts. We emphasize that each of our contractors needs to know a building using that special instinct that only experience, talent and integrity can supply.

On a summer evening several years ago, Teams founders met to discuss the sacrifices and rewards of being our own bosses and how to fill a void in the market by making a difference in the community. We want to provide the best quality work and service possible. We have assembled a group of creative problem solvers with complimentary skills, and we demand integrity and excellence from all of our employees and subcontractors.

We believe that the most important biography is written by the people who have experienced our work, so we'll let our customers tell the rest of the story.
