2007 Award: Rehabilitation

This Heritage Hill home was one of the Team projects that received the 2007 Historic Preservation Award from the city of Grand Rapids.


         

This entire Heritage Hill historic home was restored both inside and out.  Its structure had suffered significant damage from neglect and misuse.  Team completely repaired and restored the home, then added entry way and other details such as paint, door knobs, lighting fixtures and address numbers that brought out the character of the home and neighborhood.



Restored porches and new windows make the home more inviting.  New roofing provides a clean, finished look and waterproof living.
