A Grand Exterior: This home on Union Street was completely gutted to the studs. As they worked, Team found that an old fire had burned through some of the rafters years earlier. Team replaced the rafters and started from the studs up. They then restored the foundation, reconstructed gracious porches, added a historically appropriate deck (not pictured) and finished the home with historic colors and details. Notice the historic windows on the second floor have a perfect match in the top window (see the inside window perspective below).
A Glimpse Inside: Team respected the size and shape of this gracious 4 bedroom, 2 bath home while rebuilding the interior. The plumbing, insulation, wiring, furnace, and drywall are all new. Team built a new fireplace, and installed new hardwood floors throughout the home. The kitchen, as you can see, sports a high quality tile floor and backsplash, and the conveniences of a modern kitchen.
